Customers will receive 40% Ground Beef and 60% variety cuts of steaks such as ribeyes, t-bones, sirloin, ribs, skirt steak, brisket, roasts, picana, osso bucco, cube steak and others
A Quarter Cow will generally be 182 lbs of beef at $8.50 per lb

Shipping: Your Pasture Raised/Native Grass-Fed Beef Box will be shipped with dry ice and insulated packaging to keep your beef frozen. We partner with FedEx to deliver your order.
Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.
Freezer Space: Your 1/4 COW will require 6-8 cu ft.
